Vessel Inspection and Performance Evaluation

Many amine system operational issues can be traced back to filtration and separation system design, installation or maintenance shortcomings. Our experts provide on-site inspection, assessment and evaluation services to identify problem areas and recommend practical solutions. This service includes a thorough systems audit, conducted from a process impact perspective, to diagnose performance issues. A report summarizing the results, along with recommended corrective actions, will be submitted upon completion of the project.

Separation efficiency is a function of vessel design, process stream characteristics and operating conditions. Sampling upstream and downstream of a separator/filter vessel will provide initial information on system performance. This information, coupled with design and operating data will help identify potential opportunities for performance improvements. The results of this initial assessment can often be reported in the field allowing for timely adjustment, or maintenance to be implemented. A detailed field report will follow, focusing on practical recommendations to improve system performance.
