In some locations, a special 3 or 4-day seminar will be presented. Seminar Focus This program is directed at design and operating engineers and plant operators who are interested in gaining an in-depth understanding of all aspects of amine treating, from the fundamentals to design, troubleshooting and optimization skills. By the end of the fourth day you will be able to call on your new-found knowledge and real-life solutions to reduce the operating cost of the amine units, reduce downtime, and improve the wastewater quality of the refinery. Design engineers will gain an insight into the parameters that are important for amine plant operation, which should reduce the number of design oversights. Presentations, discussions and interaction with your colleagues will help you toward a new appreciation for Amine Treating. The Amine Seminar is designed to complement the in-depth training available at the Sulphur Experts -Western Research Sulphur Recovery Seminar, which is offered annually in Canada, USA and Europe.
